Job Summary
We are looking for a highly capable Intern - Contract Data Analyst to verify contractual data and to ensure a companywide adherence to the contractual obligations and rights. You will be interpreting contractual clauses, identifying contract terms and conditions, and capturing the data in SalesForce. To ensure success as a data contract analyst, you should possess knowledge of contract law and ideally have experience in contract analysis.
Responsibilities
- Review contracts for key terms and pertinent clauses.
- Documenting the contractual rights and obligations.
- Classifies and links legal documents.
- Uploading contracts to the appropriate repository according to defined procedures.
- Prioritizes tasks based on immediate and evolving priority.
- Identifies errors in extracted data and makes appropriate corrections based on provided source documents.
- Works closely with the manager to maintain high quality standards.
Qualifications
- 3rd or 4th year of accredited college/university.
- Should have a basic understanding of legal documents and contracting concepts.
- Proactive, organized, and demonstrate a high level of self-motivation.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working on a variety of different tasks.

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. The pay range at the time of posting in the specified locations is $18.00 - $20.00 /hour. Pay ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience.
