Job Summary
The Service Delivery team is a project management organization responsible for providing customers with a Best-in-Class experience in the fulfillment of service orders. The Service Delivery Project Managers are accountable for overseeing all aspects of delivery, including but not limited to construction, engineering, logistics, installation, and provisioning.
This position will provide broad exposure of the fulfillment life cycle of an order and how to successfully manage a project. The candidate will interact with individuals from many internal departments at both an individual contributor as well as management level. Service Delivery team will provide training and guidance in daily activities, systems, and processes.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will span a wide array of functions, including Policy & Process documentation, organization of department Sharepoint, Quality Assurance, and basic project/order management of simple orders.
Qualifications
- In progress/completed degree in business, engineering, IT.
- Strong communication and PC skills including Sharepoint, Excel and Powerpoint.

Pay ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience.
